Artist Statement
I have always loved and been challenged by the human form, facial expressions, body language, all expressing emotions! I am confident in my technique and strive to capture emotion of the moment. My two dimensional surface comes alive, I connect with the viewers soul. I choose bold sculptural forms to represent life giving symbols and nurturing feminine forms, showing strength of spirit. As an artist and woman I feel close to this energy. I enjoy expressing my personal emotional voice. - Beth Ann Carver
