Beth Carver has just completed a large scale art in public places commission for the new Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Florida. The Ocean Center is a multi-use facility that hosts conventions, trade shows, concerts, banquets, family entertainment shows and sporting events.
'Water Music' and 'Wings on the Water' (below) were created as triptychs and are both 8 foot x 24 foot original oils. They were installed over the grand staircases and opened to the public on Feb. 22nd 2009. |
